Parental controls

Installs and opens Samsung Kids, the locked-down child mode reached from Quick settings on Galaxy phones. It is safe to disable: you lose nothing most people will miss.
This package sets up Samsung Kids, a separate home screen for children with its own apps, time limits and a PIN to leave it. The Kids button in Quick settings calls this installer, which downloads or opens the Samsung Kids content. Samsung preinstalls it on Galaxy phones and tablets. It runs only when someone starts Samsung Kids.
Samsung Kids can no longer be installed or opened. Google Family Link and Samsung's parental controls are separate and keep working.
On most phones Settings greys out Disable for this package, so ADB is the way to turn it off. The commands below work without root and can be undone.
Disable it (reversible)
adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 com.samsung.android.kidsinstallerTurn it back on
adb shell pm enable com.samsung.android.kidsinstallerThe stronger option removes it for your user only; the original copy stays on the phone and a factory reset brings it back. Prefer disabling: it is easier to undo.
