Who we are
MySystemApp is an independent reference site. Write to contact@email.mysystemapp.com with any question about this policy or your information.
What our host records
The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, it records ordinary request logs when your browser asks for a page: your IP address, the address you asked for, the time, your browser's user agent and the response. These logs keep the site running and protect it from abuse. They are kept for a limited time under Cloudflare's own policies, and we do not use them to profile anyone.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not set cookies, does not use your IP address to identify you, and does not follow you to other sites. We see totals, such as page views and the countries visits come from, not individuals.
The tools
The package lookup, the package-list audit, the debloat checklist builder and the privacy policy generator do their work on the page you open. The tools do not send what you type or paste to our server, and we do not store it. Your browser does download the page and its package index from our host, which records those requests in its ordinary logs as described above.
The contact form
When you send a message, we receive your name, your email address, the subject you chose and your message. We use them only to read and answer your message. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person is sending it; Turnstile handles the signals it needs for that check under Cloudflare's privacy policy. Your message reaches us through our email delivery provider, acting as our data processor. We keep messages for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of corrections, and we delete them on request.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies. Our host may use strictly necessary security cookies of its own when it needs to check a request.
What we never do
- We do not sell or rent personal information.
- We do not run advertising trackers or social media pixels.
- We do not ask you to create an account.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and complain to your data protection authority. Write to contact@email.mysystemapp.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
