This package provides Samsung's own parental controls for child accounts in a Samsung account family group. A parent can limit web content, app and game age ratings, downloads and purchases, and approve app requests. Samsung says the controls apply to Galaxy devices with One UI 5.1 or later and are required when a child under 13 creates an account. It runs in the background on a child's phone to enforce the rules.

On a phone used by a child with Samsung parental controls, the restrictions stop applying. On an adult's phone nothing changes.
On most phones Settings greys out Disable for this package, so ADB is the way to turn it off. The commands below work without root and can be undone.
