AT&T package
AT&T's background network diagnostics agent, which reports how the phone performs on AT&T's network. It is safe to disable: you lose nothing most people will miss.
Mobile Network Diagnostics is a background agent AT&T installs on the phones it sells. It gathers measurements of how the phone performs on AT&T's network and reports them to AT&T to help find coverage and service problems. In 2015 AT&T acquired the rights to the network diagnostics software made by Carrier IQ, and the package name points to that origin. It has no screen of its own.
Also shown as IQI.
Nothing you will notice. AT&T receives fewer diagnostic reports from your phone.
