Xiaomi package
Registers your SIM number with Xiaomi so Find device and Xiaomi's internet messaging can use it, via an international SMS. You can disable it, with a caveat: read what stops working first.
Xiaomi SIM Activation Service verifies your phone number with Xiaomi by sending a text message, which on many carriers is an international SMS. Once the number is verified, Xiaomi services that rely on it can work, such as messaging other Xiaomi users over the internet and parts of Find device. It runs when a SIM is inserted or a service asks for activation.
Xiaomi's phone-number verification stops, so internet messaging between Xiaomi users and SIM-based Find device features may not work. Calls, texts and mobile data are not affected.
On most phones Settings greys out Disable for this package, so ADB is the way to turn it off. The commands below work without root and can be undone.
