Xiaomi package
Xiaomi's business number directory, which labels calls from known companies and feeds the phone's spam call screening. It is safe to disable: you lose nothing most people will miss.
Yellow pages is a directory of business and service phone numbers that Xiaomi keeps up to date from its partners. The phone app uses it to show company names on incoming and outgoing calls, and Xiaomi's blocklist uses it to recognize unwanted calls; the automatic smart interception that relies on it is offered in India. It updates its database in the background.
Business caller names from Xiaomi's directory stop appearing, and smart spam interception that relies on it stops. Your own blocklist and contacts still work.
On most phones Settings greys out Disable for this package, so ADB is the way to turn it off. The commands below work without root and can be undone.
Disable it (reversible)
adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 com.miui.yellowpageTurn it back on
adb shell pm enable com.miui.yellowpageThe stronger option removes it for your user only; the original copy stays on the phone and a factory reset brings it back. Prefer disabling: it is easier to undo.
Uninstall for the main user
adb shell pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.miui.yellowpageRestore after an uninstall
adb shell cmd package install-existing com.miui.yellowpageNew to ADB? Set it up in about ten minutes.
