Xiaomi's Game Centre, a portal of web, instant and cloud games with recommendations and ads. It is safe to disable: you lose nothing most people will miss.
What it does
Game Centre is Xiaomi's game portal, offering H5 web games, instant games that run without installing and cloud gaming, with personalized suggestions and ads. Xiaomi says it is available in all regions. It is separate from Game Turbo, the in-game toolbox inside the Security app, and runs only when you open it.

If you disable it
The Game Centre app goes away. Games you installed and Game Turbo keep working.
How to disable it
Settings offers Disable for this package on most phones. Open Settings > Apps > Manage apps > Game Centre > Disable or Uninstall, where the button is offered.
Disable it (reversible)
adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 com.xiaomi.glgmTurn it back on
adb shell pm enable com.xiaomi.glgmThe stronger option removes it for your user only; the original copy stays on the phone and a factory reset brings it back. Prefer disabling: it is easier to undo.
Uninstall for the main user
adb shell pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.xiaomi.glgmRestore after an uninstall
