Samsung setup wizard runs the Samsung part of first-time setup: terms, the Samsung account sign-in, Smart Switch transfer and Samsung's optional services. It is present on every Galaxy profile in device surveys. Community testers report that the eSIM setup screens also depend on it together with com.sec.phone. It is otherwise idle after setup.
Adding an eSIM can hang on a spinning screen. First-time setup is restored after a factory reset.
