Samsung's automation feature that switches settings by time, place or activity, such as Sleep, Driving or Work modes. You can disable it, with a caveat: read what stops working first.
Modes and Routines lets a Galaxy phone change settings on its own. A routine pairs a trigger, such as arriving at a place, connecting to a car or a time of day, with actions like silencing notifications or turning on Wi-Fi. Modes are preset profiles such as Sleep, Driving, Work and Exercise that you switch on from Quick settings. It started as Bixby Routines and has lived in Settings since One UI 5, and it runs in the background to watch for the triggers you set.
Also shown as Bixby Routines.
All modes and routines stop, including Sleep mode and the Game mode that Gaming Hub now uses to block calls and alerts during play.

Disable it (reversible)
adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 com.samsung.android.app.routinesTurn it back on
adb shell pm enable com.samsung.android.app.routinesThe stronger option removes it for your user only; the original copy stays on the phone and a factory reset brings it back. Prefer disabling: it is easier to undo.
