What it does
Clock is the Samsung app for alarms, world clocks, the stopwatch and timers, and its alarms are the ones Bixby and routines set for you. Samsung publishes it on the Play Store and Galaxy Store and updates it there. It schedules alarms with the system so they ring even when the app is closed.

Alarms and timers set in Samsung Clock stop ringing. Install and test another alarm app before disabling it.
How to disable it
Settings offers Disable for this package on most phones. Open Settings > Apps > Clock > Disable.
Disable it (reversible)
adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 com.sec.android.app.clockpackageTurn it back on
adb shell pm enable com.sec.android.app.clockpackageThe stronger option removes it for your user only; the original copy stays on the phone and a factory reset brings it back. Prefer disabling: it is easier to undo.
Uninstall for the main user
adb shell pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.sec.android.app.clockpackageRestore after an uninstall
