Samsung's wallpaper picker and color palette settings for the home screen and lock screen. You can disable it, with a caveat: read what stops working first.
What it does
Wallpaper and style is the Samsung screen where you choose home and lock screen wallpapers, set a color palette for the system and apps, and pick wallpaper services such as Dynamic Lock screen. It opens from Settings or a long press on the home screen. Samsung's Galaxy Store lists it under this name. It runs when you change your wallpaper or style.

If you disable it
You cannot change wallpapers or the color palette from Settings, and setting a wallpaper from Gallery may fail as well.
How to disable it
On most phones Settings greys out Disable for this package, so ADB is the way to turn it off. The commands below work without root and can be undone.
Disable it (reversible)
adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 com.samsung.android.app.dressroomTurn it back on
adb shell pm enable com.samsung.android.app.dressroomThe stronger option removes it for your user only; the original copy stays on the phone and a factory reset brings it back. Prefer disabling: it is easier to undo.
Uninstall for the main user
adb shell pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.samsung.android.app.dressroomRestore after an uninstall
