OneTrace
An OPPO logging component that records system traces for the feedback toolkit on ColorOS and OxygenOS.
OPPO package
The OnePlus and OPPO feedback and log-capture tool used to send bug reports with system logs. It is safe to disable: you lose nothing most people will miss.
Feedback, built on OPPO's log kit, captures system logs and lets you send a problem report to OnePlus or OPPO, either from Help & feedback in Settings or when support asks for logs. It runs only while a report or log capture is in progress.
Also shown as Log Kit.
You cannot capture logs or send bug reports from the phone. Nothing else changes.
On most phones Settings greys out Disable for this package, so ADB is the way to turn it off. The commands below work without root and can be undone.
Disable it (reversible)
adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 com.oplus.logkitTurn it back on
adb shell pm enable com.oplus.logkitThe stronger option removes it for your user only; the original copy stays on the phone and a factory reset brings it back. Prefer disabling: it is easier to undo.
Uninstall for the main user
adb shell pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.oplus.logkitRestore after an uninstall
adb shell cmd package install-existing com.oplus.logkitNew to ADB? Set it up in about ten minutes.
