Moto Feedback, the app behind Rating & feedback for sending comments, screenshots and logs to Motorola. It is safe to disable: you lose nothing most people will miss.
What it does
Moto Feedback lets you rate your phone and send comments to Motorola with screenshots, screen recordings and system logs attached. Motorola documents reaching it through Settings > Rating & feedback or a Share feedback tile in Quick Settings. It runs only while you send feedback.
If you disable it
You cannot send feedback to Motorola from the phone. Nothing else changes.
How to disable it
Settings offers Disable for this package on most phones. Open Settings > Apps > See all apps > Moto Feedback > Disable.
Disable it (reversible)
adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 com.motorola.helpTurn it back on
adb shell pm enable com.motorola.helpThe stronger option removes it for your user only; the original copy stays on the phone and a factory reset brings it back. Prefer disabling: it is easier to undo.
Uninstall for the main user
adb shell pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.motorola.helpRestore after an uninstall
