OnePlus Zen Space, the focus mode that locks most apps and silences notifications for a set time. It is safe to disable: you lose nothing most people will miss.
What it does
Zen Space, first launched as Zen Mode, helps you put the phone down: for the time you set it silences notifications and blocks apps other than the camera, while calls still come through. Light Zen lets you pick the apps you allow. You start it from Quick Settings or its icon, and OnePlus notes in its manual that it can be uninstalled. It runs only during a session and for daily reminders.

If you disable it
Zen Space and its daily reminders go away. Android's Focus mode and Do Not Disturb still work.
How to disable it
Settings offers Disable for this package on most phones. Open Settings > Apps > App management > Zen Space > Disable.
Disable it (reversible)
adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 com.oneplus.brickmodeTurn it back on
adb shell pm enable com.oneplus.brickmodeThe stronger option removes it for your user only; the original copy stays on the phone and a factory reset brings it back. Prefer disabling: it is easier to undo.
Uninstall for the main user
