Xiaomi package
Xiaomi's Compass app, which reads the magnetic sensor to show heading and doubles as a spirit level. It is safe to disable: you lose nothing most people will miss.
Compass is a small Xiaomi utility that reads the phone's magnetometer and motion sensors to show your heading and, on a second screen, a bubble level for checking surfaces. It works offline and runs only while it is open.
Nothing you will miss beyond the Compass app itself. Maps and other apps read the sensors directly.
Settings offers Disable for this package on most phones. Open Settings > Apps > Manage apps > Compass > Disable or Uninstall, where the button is offered.
Disable it (reversible)
adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 com.miui.compassTurn it back on
adb shell pm enable com.miui.compassThe stronger option removes it for your user only; the original copy stays on the phone and a factory reset brings it back. Prefer disabling: it is easier to undo.
Uninstall for the main user
adb shell pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.miui.compassRestore after an uninstall
adb shell cmd package install-existing com.miui.compassNew to ADB? Set it up in about ten minutes.
