Samsung TV Plus streams free live channels and on-demand programs paid for by advertising, on Samsung TVs, phones and other devices. Samsung publishes it on the Play Store and Galaxy Store and preinstalls it on many Galaxy phones, where it can be uninstalled. It runs only while you watch.
Nothing beyond the app itself.
Settings offers Disable for this package on most phones. Open Settings > Apps > Samsung TV Plus > Disable.
Disable it (reversible)
adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 com.samsung.android.tvplusTurn it back on
adb shell pm enable com.samsung.android.tvplusThe stronger option removes it for your user only; the original copy stays on the phone and a factory reset brings it back. Prefer disabling: it is easier to undo.
