What it does
This package drives Samsung's LED View Cover accessories, cases with a grid of LEDs on the front that show the time, caller and notification icons while closed. It only does anything while one of those covers is attached. Device surveys find it on older models such as the Galaxy S10 and S21.

If you disable it
An LED View Cover stops showing the time, calls and notifications. Without such a cover, nothing changes.
How to disable it
On most phones Settings greys out Disable for this package, so ADB is the way to turn it off. The commands below work without root and can be undone.
Disable it (reversible)
adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 com.samsung.android.app.ledbackcoverTurn it back on
adb shell pm enable com.samsung.android.app.ledbackcoverThe stronger option removes it for your user only; the original copy stays on the phone and a factory reset brings it back. Prefer disabling: it is easier to undo.
Uninstall for the main user
adb shell pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.samsung.android.app.ledbackcoverRestore after an uninstall
