OPPO package
OPPO's Lock Screen Magazine, which changes the lock screen wallpaper each time you wake the phone and adds stories. It is safe to disable: you lose nothing most people will miss.
Lock Screen Magazine rotates a new wallpaper onto the lock screen every time you wake an OPPO phone, often with a short caption or link to more content. HeyTap's privacy notice names it among the content it pushes to phones. It downloads new pictures in the background.
The lock screen keeps one fixed wallpaper instead of rotating pictures. Nothing else depends on it.
On most phones Settings greys out Disable for this package, so ADB is the way to turn it off. The commands below work without root and can be undone.
Disable it (reversible)
adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 com.heytap.pictorialTurn it back on
adb shell pm enable com.heytap.pictorialThe stronger option removes it for your user only; the original copy stays on the phone and a factory reset brings it back. Prefer disabling: it is easier to undo.
Uninstall for the main user
adb shell pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.heytap.pictorialRestore after an uninstall
adb shell cmd package install-existing com.heytap.pictorialNew to ADB? Set it up in about ten minutes.
