Android Accessibility Suite is Google's collection of accessibility services for people who use the phone by ear, by touch exploration or with external switches. It includes the TalkBack screen reader with spoken feedback and an on-screen braille keyboard, Select to Speak for reading chosen items aloud, and the large on-screen Accessibility Menu. None of these run unless you turn them on under Settings > Accessibility, and the package updates through the Play Store.
Also shown as TalkBack, Select to Speak, Accessibility Menu.
TalkBack, Select to Speak and the Accessibility Menu disappear from Settings > Accessibility. Anyone who relies on them loses access, so leave it alone on a phone used by a TalkBack user.
Settings offers Disable for this package on most phones. Open Settings > Apps > See all apps > Android Accessibility Suite > Disable.
Disable it (reversible)
adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 com.google.android.marvin.talkbackTurn it back on
adb shell pm enable com.google.android.marvin.talkbackThe stronger option removes it for your user only; the original copy stays on the phone and a factory reset brings it back. Prefer disabling: it is easier to undo.
Uninstall for the main user
adb shell pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.google.android.marvin.talkbackRestore after an uninstall
adb shell cmd package install-existing com.google.android.marvin.talkbackNew to ADB? Set it up in about ten minutes.
When one of its services is on it can read screen content and observe your actions, as every accessibility service must; it does nothing while the services are off.
