Bluetooth is the app inside Google's build of the Bluetooth Mainline module, which takes the place of the older com.android.bluetooth package on many Google-signed builds from Android 13. It runs the Bluetooth stack for pairing, audio, calls through headsets and cars, file sharing, hearing aids and Bluetooth Low Energy links to watches and trackers. From Android 16 Google can update the full stack through Google Play system updates.
Bluetooth stops working entirely, so headphones, cars, watches and hearing aids disconnect.
On most phones Settings greys out Disable for this package, so ADB is the way to turn it off. The commands below work without root and can be undone.
Disable it (reversible)
adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 com.google.android.bluetoothTurn it back on
adb shell pm enable com.google.android.bluetoothThe stronger option removes it for your user only; the original copy stays on the phone and a factory reset brings it back. Prefer disabling: it is easier to undo.

adb shell pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.google.android.bluetoothRestore after an uninstall
adb shell cmd package install-existing com.google.android.bluetoothNew to ADB? Set it up in about ten minutes.
