Google's wallpaper picker, shown on Pixels as Wallpaper & style, for wallpapers, theme colors and lock screen clocks. You can disable it, with a caveat: read what stops working first.
What it does
This is Google's wallpaper app, which appears on Pixels as Wallpaper & style when you long-press the home screen. It lets you pick wallpapers from Google's collections or your own photos, set separate home and lock screen images and rotate a daily wallpaper, and on Pixels it also changes theme colors, icon style and the lock screen clock. It only runs while you customize or when a daily wallpaper changes.

If you disable it
You cannot change the wallpaper, theme colors or lock screen clock from the home screen menu; the current wallpaper stays in place.
How to disable it
Settings offers Disable for this package on most phones. Open Settings > Apps > See all apps > Wallpaper & style > Disable.
Disable it (reversible)
adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 com.google.android.apps.wallpaperTurn it back on
adb shell pm enable com.google.android.apps.wallpaperThe stronger option removes it for your user only; the original copy stays on the phone and a factory reset brings it back. Prefer disabling: it is easier to undo.
Uninstall for the main user
adb shell pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.google.android.apps.wallpaperRestore after an uninstall
