Android (AOSP) package
The Android share sheet and Open with chooser, moved into its own updatable package in Android 14. Keep it: IntentResolver is needed for the phone, its updates or its security.
IntentResolver draws the share sheet that appears when you tap Share in an app, and the chooser that asks which app should open a link or file. Google moved it out of the core framework into its own package with Android 14 so it can be updated more easily. It runs only while the chooser is on screen.
Also shown as Share sheet, Chooser.
Share buttons and Open with choices stop working across apps, and community reports say motion photos break as well.
