OsuLogin opens the online sign-up page for Passpoint (Hotspot 2.0) Wi-Fi networks, which some carriers, airports and venues use so phones can join securely and automatically. When you pick such a network for the first time, it shows the provider's sign-up page and installs the credentials the network sends back. It is part of the Wi-Fi Mainline module and runs only during that sign-up.
You cannot sign up for Passpoint networks that need online registration; networks you already joined keep working.
