Samsung package
Samsung's lens app for recognizing text, objects and places through the Galaxy camera and photos. It is safe to disable: you lose nothing most people will miss.
Bixby Vision is the Samsung app that turns the camera into a lens. You reach it from the More menu in Camera or from a photo in Gallery, and it can translate text, copy text from an image, recognize products and landmarks, and run accessibility lenses that read text aloud or describe what the camera sees. It needs a network connection for most lenses. Samsung installs it on Galaxy phones and tablets, and it only runs when you open it.
The Bixby Vision option disappears from Camera and Gallery. Google Lens, if installed, keeps working.
On most phones Settings greys out Disable for this package, so ADB is the way to turn it off. The commands below work without root and can be undone.
Disable it (reversible)
adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 com.samsung.android.visionintelligenceTurn it back on
adb shell pm enable com.samsung.android.visionintelligenceThe stronger option removes it for your user only; the original copy stays on the phone and a factory reset brings it back. Prefer disabling: it is easier to undo.

adb shell cmd package install-existing com.samsung.android.visionintelligenceNew to ADB? Set it up in about ten minutes.
Photos and camera frames you analyze are sent to Samsung or its recognition partners while a lens is in use.
