What it does
AR Zone is a hub that collects Samsung's augmented reality camera features in one place: the avatar camera and studio, AR Doodle for drawing in the air, Deco Pic stickers and similar effects. You open it from the Camera app's More menu or its own icon. It runs only when opened. Device surveys find it on Galaxy phones up to about Android 13, and newer models handle these features from the camera directly.
If you disable it
The AR Zone screen and icon go away. The camera and its regular modes keep working.
How to disable it
Settings offers Disable for this package on most phones. Open Settings > Apps > AR Zone > Disable.
Disable it (reversible)
adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 com.samsung.android.arzoneTurn it back on
adb shell pm enable com.samsung.android.arzoneThe stronger option removes it for your user only; the original copy stays on the phone and a factory reset brings it back. Prefer disabling: it is easier to undo.
Uninstall for the main user
adb shell pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.samsung.android.arzoneRestore after an uninstall
