Samsung's remote locate, lock, erase and unlock service for a lost or stolen Galaxy phone. You can disable it, with a caveat: read what stops working first.
Find My Mobile lets you locate a lost Galaxy phone, ring it, lock it, erase it, back it up or, where the option is on, unlock it remotely, using your Samsung account. It also lets the phone be found offline by other Galaxy devices when that option is on. It is set up under Security and privacy in Settings and runs in the background so it can respond to commands.

On most phones Settings greys out Disable for this package, so ADB is the way to turn it off. The commands below work without root and can be undone.
Disable it (reversible)
adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 com.samsung.android.fmmTurn it back on
adb shell pm enable com.samsung.android.fmmThe stronger option removes it for your user only; the original copy stays on the phone and a factory reset brings it back. Prefer disabling: it is easier to undo.
