Google's Clock app that runs alarms, timers, the stopwatch, world clocks and the Bedtime schedule. You can disable it, with a caveat: read what stops working first.
What it does
Clock is Google's alarm and time app on Pixels and phones that use Google's set of core apps. It rings alarms, runs timers and the stopwatch, shows world clocks and handles the Bedtime schedule with sleep sounds. Alarms are scheduled with the system, so the app wakes in the background to ring them.

If you disable it
Alarms set in Clock will not ring. Install another alarm app and recreate your alarms before disabling it.
How to disable it
Settings offers Disable for this package on most phones. Open Settings > Apps > See all apps > Clock > Disable.
Disable it (reversible)
adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 com.google.android.deskclockTurn it back on
adb shell pm enable com.google.android.deskclockThe stronger option removes it for your user only; the original copy stays on the phone and a factory reset brings it back. Prefer disabling: it is easier to undo.
Uninstall for the main user
adb shell pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.google.android.deskclockRestore after an uninstall
