Pixel's built-in troubleshooting helper behind guided fixes in Settings under Device health & support. It is safe to disable: you lose nothing most people will miss.
Pixel Troubleshooting is a Pixel system app that runs guided fixes and diagnostics for common problems such as battery drain, charging or connection issues. Google surfaces these tools inside Settings under Device health & support on Pixel 6 and later rather than as a separate app. It runs only when you start a check or open the support pages.
Guided troubleshooting and some diagnostics in Device health & support stop working; the rest of Settings is unaffected.
On most phones Settings greys out Disable for this package, so ADB is the way to turn it off. The commands below work without root and can be undone.
Disable it (reversible)
adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 com.google.android.apps.pixel.supportTurn it back on
adb shell pm enable com.google.android.apps.pixel.supportThe stronger option removes it for your user only; the original copy stays on the phone and a factory reset brings it back. Prefer disabling: it is easier to undo.
Uninstall for the main user
adb shell pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.google.android.apps.pixel.supportRestore after an uninstall
adb shell cmd package install-existing com.google.android.apps.pixel.supportNew to ADB? Set it up in about ten minutes.
